Pros

Change is exciting and new! The Americas Region is growing. Being around other employees, especially during large meetings is intoxicating and energizing. The pace is pure adrenaline. The mission of the company is something to be proud of. We are doing amazing things. We are listening.

Cons

Heavy meeting culture with global time zones and cameras on can be a challenge, until you get into the cadence. Fast paced, demanding and ever changing, but completely rewarding if you can work in this kind of culture.
