Pros
Great people to work with all around, regardless of department. Pays nice, good benefits. Some events are nice to have and participate in. People generally welcome you and are nice regardless of status, lots of people are willing to help and teach you as long as you ask (and have a good relationship with them).

Oof, where to begin.. 1. Work life balance - a facade, makeshift craft to try and make you feel like the balance is important to your managers, while lurking behind a corner with a rusty nailed bat waiting to hit you, HARD. You're home sick with fever / you're home with a sick child and you're needed? either help or get some passive-aggressive talks about how you didn't show up to help. You're on your day off, trying to enjoy / get private stuff done and you'reneeded? you're expected to respond and participatein meetings, even at the cost of your own private time off. If you fail to participare / assist you could get a talking to. Many more scenarios, each of them could be fatal. 2. Prioritization - Upper management is not very involved in most of the products, and this creates an issue with prioritization. Since there's a lack of understanding they tend to misinterpret ongoing events and translate them into "you're not putting enough effort/you're not working on par with our values". - Could be fatal. 3. Outdated, biased and unfair employee reviewing system - Reviewed by yourself, your manager and co-workers , all meshed together into your final score. Will potentially cut raise, end of year bonus and could ultimately jeopardize your position. Your opinion about scenarios you took part in are mostly ignored and not factored in as the ones reviewing you ALWAYS know better. Would most likely be fatal. 4. Open door policy / Chances to speak your mind - COULD BE FATAL. In most cases, your opinion could be your downfall if it's not on the same page as the upper management. If they introduce something new and you have some reviews/opinions about it and you want to share, you'll HAVE to tiptoe around it so you won't get hurt. Otherwise you'll end up under a very bad light with the upper management. Would most likely be fatal. 5. "The customer is always right" mindset - The outrageous, dangerous, pretentious, annoying child of any product / sercive providing company. And if you lack that mindset, you won't make it, simple as that. Cellebrite is a technological, market leading company with lots of sharp minds in it, but it rarely allows you to use logic as an answer to a customer. To the company (at least some managers in it), if the customer wants something and it's not possible, you'll make it possible and fight FOR the customer, spending time and resources along the way. In almost any position within the company, and any interaction with the customer, you're most likely expected not to represent the company to the customer, but the other way around. Could be fatal 6. Hush-hush policy - A LOT of things are being hushed, a lot of proceadures are being pushed under the table to avoid mass panic / bad talks around the office. Employees are not allowed to talk about salaries with other employees. Lots of secrets and talking behind ones back. Some policies are changed overnight, surprising unassuming employees. 7. Termination of contracts - People are being fired left and right for weird reasons with no option to even have a ferwell gathering. In some cases, when managers are put in their place and are asked "Why", they're baffled, become confused and can't really give a good answer. Your voice means nothing during the hearings because once you've been told you're starting a PIP, your fate is doomed and nothing you can do or say will help you. You might hear stuff like "Keep this between yourself and management" and "Don't go asking because you might hear that PIP is a death sentence when it actually isn't " and other excuses, but at the end of the day, once you're in a PIP, they've made up their minds to remove you. Don't waste your time and start hunting for a new job then and there. THIS IS FATAL.
