Two years a contractor and now "Full Time" - Senior Training Specialist Cellebrite Employee Review

I really appreciate that at Cellebrite, we communicate directly and openly with one another, while still being respectful and appreciative. That's not always a given. I also value the international environment and the fact that we’re working on something meaningful. I enjoy being part of my team and working with our clients, that was and still is one of the main reasons I decided to make the switch from law enforcement (public service) after 13 years. Here, I have completely different development potential compared to my previous position in the public sector, where even a Master’s degree in Digital Forensics wasn’t considered. I also have far more opportunities here to contribute my own ideas. That said, this is also due to the nature of the public sector system, which often limits individual growth and flexibility. For me, making the switch was a very positive decision. I had two years to get to know the company before leaving my secure civil servant position.
