The only cons I can truly think of at this time with this career at Cengage Learning is the following: - Industry constantly changing & customers change - Wear many different hats with the career - If you're newer to the industry, the first year can take some time in making it your territory your own With all this said, I understand that change can be difficult and frustrating at times; however, I welcome change! Cengage Learning is constantly striving to improve and is always innovating. It simply makes you stronger professionally in this industry and motivates you to keep up with the updates. In addition, I love wearing different hats in this career because it's molding me to be a dynamic individual. This first year will be challenging, but you get out what you put in. You must be organized, open to change, patient, and genuine to be successful in this industry!
