In terms of workload, while some of our work is seasonal and activity increases during back-to-school, overall employee wellness is a priority. We strive to enable all employees to achieve work-life balance and encourage working with your managers to discuss what that looks like on an individual, personal level. Regarding leadership and our strategic vision, the education industry is one of constant change. In the digital world today, it is critical education stakeholders remain agile to meet the needs of students. I know this can create some uncertainty, but I think it’s important we continue to lead the market in letting the evolving needs of students guide our business strategy. In terms of compensation, our HR department closely analyzes the market to offer competitive, equitable compensation programs that recognize and reward strong performance. We partner closely with the managers in the organization to ensure each employee is compensated fairly for their role and contribution.
