      Good work/life balance; nice offices (when you can work in the office); growing business

      Cons

      A bit too much politics, particularly between the original Globe part of the business and the original LBR part of the business. Not much scope for progression. Quite focused on print/hard copy books.

      Pros

      Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
