      Pros

      A recurring theme from most employees giving their view of LBR is how friendly it is. People respect each other and enjoy socialising together. There is also a really active CSR programme. There are good opportunities for progression for employees who are enthusiastic about their work.

      Cons

      There are lots of ideas and projects underway, that the company's infrastructure cannot always keep up with, which can be frustrating.

      Pros

      Everyone here is incredibly friendly and willing to help one another. Great place to build relationships and have not experienced a better work/life balance at any previous employer. They encourage and support constant personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      Some of the support team and finance functions are based in the U.K. so the time difference can be frustrating at times.
