They not only discriminate by race but by age, sexual preference, personality, the supervisors idea of you is all you are. MB the head man is someone’s nephew who doesn’t know how to run anything other than his mouth and point fingers at his managers who in turn point them at the workers . Upper leaders outside the location had to come in and investigate . Half the department takes FMLA for stress.
