Great benefits, DEI programs are top notch, care about members. Woman run company helped to change parts of culture that were antiquated.
Cons
Reporting to shareholders loses some of the heart of healthcare; individual companies they purchased were better for local communities than large conglomerate; severance package is great, but no access to State COBRA after Federal COBRA expired (no notification that it isn't an option, no open enrollment to reduce benefit costs once on COBRA)
