Extremely bare knuckle staffing. No coverage for vacations, so expect to work a lot more before and after time off. Management is constantly taking away job supports. Layoffs are always imminent threats if you speak up. Expectations are total caseload turnovers of 90 days, so you must be opening and closing cases daily to meet the metric. Expectations vary depending on who the manager is, from hair splitting micromanagement to wondering if your supervisor still works there because no one has seen or heard from them.
