Not one pro literally- well maybe- the remote part

Cons

If your dashboard does not say 8 hours in their decimal system then you are short on hours- Upset people that don't want to even talk to you that they want you to keep on the phone.

The hourly rate here is decent

Cons

They've laid off quite a few employees from 2 depts already, changed their employee handbook last week & are now firing new hires fresh out of training. Job security doesn't look promising.
