Terrible bait and switch company - Undefined Role Central Maine Power Employee Review

I signed a hybrid contract after covid. The company got rid of it for employees. For contractors and fully remote employees this was a bait and switch. I would not have taken this job if I knew this would happen or move my family. I like the work but managment doesn't care. The CEO had a hissy fit on friday which is a work from home day and got rid of hybrid. We cannot recuirt as every other job has a hybrid work schedule and similar pay. This cam all the way from the top and none of my senior managers knew. One man sinking the ship. there has been barely any help or aknowledgement.
