      Overall a decent place to work, but foreign ownership adds bureaucratic inefficiency and red tape

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Work life balance existed at one point but has atrophied over time.

      Cons

      Under staffed. Foreign ownership makes any decision with a sliver of gravity a laborious process. Coorporate red tape leads to inefficiencies and a squeezing of resources in order to do more with less.

      Great pay and benefits. Learning a lot from experienced workers, and have plenty of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      It is demanding but worth it. A bit of turnover with leadership.
