Company seems focused more on growth then anything. The office seemed under staffed giving sense of a stressful work environment. Software training was a horrible experience. The trainers seemed stressed, overworked and understaffed. They arrived late and there were a lot of outside distractions. Which left the lessons feeling very rushed. Before I left the training center there were issues logging with my credentials Which were supposed to resolved after the trainer called the IT dept. When I got to the office the issues of logging in apparently were not resolved and this only added fuel to the fire. The trainers showed gender favortisim and did not provide sufficient time to learn the program. Unfortunately my last job was filled leaving me in a bad situation.
