Terrible Management, Micro Managing every step you take. To many chiefs for one department. A lot of the higher ups are actual friends of the owner, no qualified to be in their positions.
Nobody knows what’s going on. Could care less about service for customers. Only care about their platte facility or big account customers.
Lost the feeling of a Midwest family owned company. Super corporate with a bunch of unnecessary rules and regulations.
If you know someone higher up within the company and make a huge mistake or wreck a truck or act like a fool at a party event nothing happens. But if your not in one of there clicks you can close a door wrong and they’ll find a reason to get rid of you.
