The people I work with are nice and supportive, summer hours, some good brand discounts.

Cons

HR is totally toxic. Leadership is disorganized, sexist, can’t accept questions around strategy, direction or priorities without lashing out. Pay is awful and the gaslighting is endless. Ever since coming back in office 4 days a week, everyone is crammed in with no space to meet, work productively, or have a semi-private conversation.

Great benefits, lots of PTO and great location downtown

Cons

No room for advancement. Upper management is a tight knit group and they pick favorites and promote based on whether they can hang out together on weekends.
