Pros

The only pro is that the new building in Hollywood is great.

Cons

Where can i start? 1. No direction, the executive team has no clue. 2. No employer loyalty, no support from management. 3. Lack of communication, especially from HR. The HR department in LA is the lamest ever. 4. Racist, sexist upper management. You have to be tall, white and skinny to get anywhere in this company. I am completely surprise that there's no lawsuits yet. I wonder how much employment insurance they are paying. 5. No culture whatsoever, the identity of these brands are gone.

Great benefits, lots of PTO and great location downtown

Cons

No room for advancement. Upper management is a tight knit group and they pick favorites and promote based on whether they can hang out together on weekends.
