Joe and Kathy are highly focused on the business, and readily identify individual strengths and weaknesses, and work with you to improve your sales skills. I always felt needed and my input was never put aside, and always considered. Great team atmosphere, and all working to further the CertaPro experience with our customers. Loved the job and meeting new people every day, freedom to schedule your day, but need to be organized, and follow the CertaPro model. Company Vehicle, computer and cell phone a plus. Ability to make serious money is there, if you work hard, follow direction, and develop great customer Rapport. So CertaPro Cape Cod is, and will be a fantastic option for customers looking to have a professional paint project completed. Joe and Kathy are wonderful, and if your looking for a quality paint project completed I would highly recommend them, and there experienced sales team... Also had great selection of Pop Tarts for morning meetings.......
