Sexual Harassment tolerated in workplace - Office Manager CertaPro Painters Employee Review

Brought sexual harassment to the owner's attention, only to be told that the offender was "our best Job Site Supervisor" and he could not fire him. Owner's resolution was that the owner would be the only one to have contact with him. This resolution was never implemented and I was left to deal with the situation myself. Was told by the owner that due to my job title, he could not pay me for performing the work of the additional position of Production Associate, on top of my position as office manager, for 2 years. Owner is consistently demeaning to employees and painters creating an uncomfortable office environment. Owner claims transparency with business budget/profit numbers and how we are a team and we work towards the same goal. However, during a staff meeting, a staff member was talking about "our money" as a business concern and the owner interrupted with the statement of "who's money? MY money!" No real room for advancement Management provides contradictory direction Does not treat employees equally or respectfully No culture Micromanagement
