4yWe appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback about your time at CertaSite. Change is inevitable at companies, especially young ones like ours, so we’re not remiss when we acknowledge some missteps along the way. While we know there has been some changes and miscommunication, we are taking proactive steps in ensuring there is streamlined communication from our leadership team to all employees by holding a more regular cadence of onsite and in-person meetings. We also recently introduced a new training system to allow for a better user experience for our employees, and so far, feedback has been positive. As for the turnover, it's not at all what we want. But, our turnover is very much in line with what other companies see in our industry as well as the business services segment in particular.
