Pros

Work-life balance is good, team is knowledgeable in formal methods, company growing fast, dominant player in its field (biz wise)

Cons

terrible team & management culture, low energy and no diversity, team is not very knowledgeable in crypto isn't super encouraging when it comes to employee career growth, also pays too little compared with other crypto companies (although decent compared with web2 companies)

Pros

It’s a remote company so there’s a lot of flexibility, which is nice. But sometimes it can feel a bit disconnected. Lately though, management seems to be trying more to help people feel connected. They’ve been pretty generous about supporting meetups, which helps a lot. Things weren’t always smooth, but you can tell they’re working on it.

Cons

As with many remote companies, staying fully in sync can be a bit tricky at times.
