All-Hands Meetings are very informative from the CEO Good team collaboration; people are very smart and helpful Lots of growth potential Good culture Respectful environment from the top down Pay is good

Cons

There is a heavy workload and long hours but I enjoy the work so it makes all the difference. More days off please.

Pros

It’s a remote company so there’s a lot of flexibility, which is nice. But sometimes it can feel a bit disconnected. Lately though, management seems to be trying more to help people feel connected. They’ve been pretty generous about supporting meetups, which helps a lot. Things weren’t always smooth, but you can tell they’re working on it.

Cons

As with many remote companies, staying fully in sync can be a bit tricky at times.
