Pros

Modern technologies. Fast-paced work, can learn a lot in a short period. Benefits aren't bad.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, expected to be available at all hours and not uncommon to work over weekends. Lacking team and company culture, and overall low morale. No senior members because of high turnover rate. No diversity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We understand CertiK moves in a fast-paced environment., The Web3, Blockchain, and Security industries all move very quickly and we have to be able to adapt just as quickly if not more so. We are sorry to hear that you didn’t feel there was a good work/life balance, being a startup, in a fast-paced industry, there will always be things that need to be accomplished quickly, and workers need to be able to pivot, but we also try very hard to encourage our workers to take time off. We also send out emails about our many types of health benefits, have many free resources available to our workers (EAP, mental health benefits, etc.), free virtual yoga/meditation classes as well as run optional monthly presentations around various subjects including health and wellness, including how to recognize and deal with burnout. We thank you and appreciate your feedback and we will continue to try and make improvements.

Pros

It’s a remote company so there’s a lot of flexibility, which is nice. But sometimes it can feel a bit disconnected. Lately though, management seems to be trying more to help people feel connected. They’ve been pretty generous about supporting meetups, which helps a lot. Things weren’t always smooth, but you can tell they’re working on it.

Cons

As with many remote companies, staying fully in sync can be a bit tricky at times.
