Awful business practices, where to even start? You WILL work late nights and weekends, NO MATTER THE ROLE. Management actually prides themselves on over working people. They scurt around the lettering of the law and will try to punish you for taking vacation to the extent they still have legal plausible deniability. Compensation is really not good for the time they make you work. Terrible culture of over working people and removing them before stock options kick in. Company will never go public and the option require them to go public before receiving any RSUs. Fundamentally need to fix their structure, they are paying for massive mistakes they made when their company was only 10-20 ppl. Management is also incredibly inexperienced which mean they are short sighted and dont understand how to run large teams. Look at their reputation in the crypto market. Their biggest customer is binance(who just got indited). Then cost millions of dollars stolen because they didn't do anything to provide more security for their customers. And then try to sweep it under the rug by changing risk score after scams happen. If they believed in their own service they would provide insurance on it but they don't.
