Pros

Great team and smart people to work with who challenge you. Fun products. Leadership is getting better with communication and updates. Rewarding and engaging work. Challenging but fun. Ability to grow and move up quickly.

Cons

Poor work-life balance. Work all the time. Leadership makes a lot of changes without thinking things through and then makes more changes. Think before you act. Need more product demos and collaboration among teams; very siloed.

Pros

It’s a remote company so there’s a lot of flexibility, which is nice. But sometimes it can feel a bit disconnected. Lately though, management seems to be trying more to help people feel connected. They’ve been pretty generous about supporting meetups, which helps a lot. Things weren’t always smooth, but you can tell they’re working on it.

Cons

As with many remote companies, staying fully in sync can be a bit tricky at times.
