Pros

Potential to do well if you are in a big city. Very hard field to be in as a woman as I was not well respected by management or customers.

Cons

Inappropriate management techniques, they take away your base salary and expenses if you don't do well enough, and they would not pay me my expenses for the last month and a half of my employment for no reason, as I left on good terms. Hiring reps originally tells false statements to hire on employees.

Cons

Technology hiccups. Nothing crazy..if you aren’t self disciplined, this isn’t the job for you.
