      Pros

      Steady work, we never had any layoffs. Good place to get started on a career in bioscience. I got a birthday card from the owners.

      Cons

      Veterinary vaccines are not expensive, so some of the equipment and procedures are antiquated. Salaries were low, but the benefits package very nice. When it went corporate, salaries did not move up, and benefits were reduced.

      Strong culture of collaboration and shared drive. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of internal restructuring (not layoffs, just movement) in the past couple years. Struggles in communication from top down.

      Great benefits and pretty good pay, I like the shift that I am working

      Cons

      Long days in the lab. Higher ups don't know how much work the production workers do to make sure the product is high quality.
