Getting completely dominated by the competition with no changes to compete. Budgets slashed in the field. Upper management and HR are suspect. Management out of touch with the industry. One dropped ball after another. The company has 0 respect for the customer or end customer. Complete lack of professionalism from upper management across the board. Easily the highest turnover % company for field reps in the veterinary sales industry.
