You will not actually sell cars here. Job is to get people in the door regardless if the car they inquired about even exists. They just want to bait and switch, 4 square everyone based on payments. They are lost if a person with a good credit score wants a vehicle presentation and transparent numbers. Sales people have no product knowledge of the the vehicles. The main focus is to get people with marginal/poor credit committed to a payment. You will not have your own desk or a consistent day off during the week.
