      good company to work for. Great working conditions. Customers were a joy to work with.

      could be stressful at times when you have a lot of customers calling at the same time to get rides back to the dealership.

      Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
