Good pay plan for top performers, decent health benefits
Cons
Flat out told us in sales meetings that our job was to trick people to pay more money than they would pay elsewhere while making derogatory comments toward certain groups of people. They also claim to offer a 4 week medical leave of absence which having a child must not qualify for as I was asked to resign in lieu of that option or working 60 hour weeks.
