      -A lot of great people work there. -The dealership prides on customer service. So most employees are very helpful and friendly. -Facilities are well kept and always clean.

      Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
