      long hours, lack of screening for qualified managers, management often panders to the loud, underserving customer, but will not do the same for long time customers.

      Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
