      The catering of food on Fridays and to learn about new cars.

      Cons

      No team structure. Managers talking behind each others back to other team members like it's high school. If you're new and ask questions you get no help or yelled at. No valuable time goes into training and they don't have the desire to put any time into you

      Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
