      Great group of people I work for with good benefits.

      Cons

      This dealership was owned by a local individual until Chapman bought it out a year ago. Now that we are part of a corporate organization it takes longer to get simple tasks done. It sometimes costs more as well.

      Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
