      Great benefits, no micro management, good company reputation. They have been in the business for over 60 years in the valley.

      Cons

      Long hours, lack of employee advancement. Great company but management stays put and there is little chance to move up if you are seeking greater opportunities than the sales floor.

      Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

      Cons

      Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
