Pros

No pros at all, micro-managed, horrible management, see cons (because there is a lot) major red flag dealership

Cons

Micro-managed, claim there is freedom but there is none at all, Rick and his partner are horrible managers who lie about numbers and attainability. In order to get new hires to join the company they try and flash big numbers and claim they make so much money. If you did make so much money you wouldn't be dressed the way they are and have massive beer belly's the way they do. You would take care of yourself like anybody making $500k+ would (as they claim they make that much). They also claim that new hires can easily make over $200k+. Again, just trying to "wow" new hires with extremely unrealistic numbers. To make their (Rick) claims even worse, they displayed that they are one of the top selling dealerships in all of Arizona and started to hate on other known names. After looking up their numbers, they weren't even within the top 60% when it came to dealerships and cars sold, a bunch of lies, what a joke!

Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

Cons

Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
