Pros
Company commradery Chapman Automotive Group isn’t the worst place to work. The company culture is okay, and they offer decent pay with the opportunity to earn even more. Overall, not a bad place to work especially if you're trying to get into sales and gain work ethic.
Cons
The worst thing about this job is the hours. They are long, unpredictable, and there is no work-life balance. There are times when I’m barely home for weeks at a time, and that takes a huge toll on my mental and physical health. On top of that, some of the managers here can be really mean, and it seems like it all depends on their stress level that day. It’s really hard to be motivated when you’re constantly exhausted, and it doesn’t help that the goals they set for us are nearly impossible to reach. Working here is mentally and emotionally draining, and I would not recommend it.
