there really were no benefits worth working here.

Cons

Unethical, we were instructed to lie to customers about the status of their vehicles due to each locations problems with mechanic staffing. High employee turnover.

Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

Cons

Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
