Knowledge you get from vehicles

Cons

Literally everything. They take your pay, there are no clear goals and no room to grow in the company. The toxic work environment they create is terrible but they expect you to give everything you have to them with unwavering trust. They do not care about you as a person or an employee, they only care about the money they put in their pockets from all your bonuses you could get. Down right terrible. They do not see humans, they see slaves.

Mon - Fri and decent pay for a call center

Cons

Unrealistic metrics. Favoritism. No room for growth. Very backwards in terms of technology. The advisors who are supposed to help customers are some of the rudest co workers ive ever had. It confirms everything you think of when you think of shady mechanics
