Pros
If you have their health insurance you can see their providers for free, and the pharmacy is really cheap.
Cons
They may talk the big talk about "serving the community", but in reality all they care about is how many bodies come through the doors. There's absolutely zero concern about quality of care or getting patients to return so long as they're able to record an encounter. How much quality of care can one receive in a 15 minute appointment window?
Providers are overworked and underpaid, which is why they never stay.
Staff is treated like crap. There is massive favoritism. The CEO is only doing this for the clout. The COO only got her job because someone left. There is no communication between departments. Nobody knows what other people do.
