DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Work atmosphere is very TOXIC and is not conducive to a successful or professional working environment. There is a lack of concern for followers of the organization. The CEO is never visible and only interacts with staff when needed. Staff are allowed to speak rudely to superiors with little to no repercussions for their actions. There is no work organization or cohesiveness when it comes to communication between departments which leaves many staff members unsure of their responsibilities and expectations. There is favoritism amongst certain staff and there is an expectation to perform and fulfill many roles ( other than your own) without compensation. The Chief Operating Officer is very unprofessional and rude to those who work under them and is feared and unliked by almost everyone in the organization and is quick to take long trips when organizational tasks are still in need completion. There is no proper training for anyone. Clinical staff are unprofessional and rude. Providers are chronically absent from clinic which makes daily operations a nightmare. Everyone is overworked, overwhelmed and tired here. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional organization that will value you and applaud your efforts because you will not get any of that here. There is no room for growth as someone usually under qualified is always placed into their position.
