Pros

Get to work with one of the best config management platforms in development today. The tool is great but it is developed by great people. Company leadership are trying to implement transparency at all level, which is great, and besides just "talking about it", they are actually doing something about it.

Cons

A lot of turnover in leadership, especially the engineering management. In the approximate year I've been here I've seen a ton of turnover in the leadership team (some was unavoidable and we all love Mitch, but beyond that, still a lot of turnover).
