Pros
The culture is amazingly fun. Everyone shares the goal of delighting the customers. Leadership makes the changes necessary to grow the company, so it isn't a stagnant environment. The work life balance is great.
Cons
Similar to mention above, leadership makes changes to teams, which can feel like frequent changes compared to experiences at larger companies that move slower. So it can be difficult to find the owner of a product. But the changes have been for the better, so worth the pain in direct requests to the right destination.
