Pros

Technically you will learn a lot. You will learn how to work in tight deadline. You will directly interact with clients and that boosts your confidence. Good hike (6 months appraisal cycle) Very Less politics (recognised by work only)

Cons

Office timings (2:30 - 11:30) Alternate Saturday working. No work from home (nor for seniors) Few non deserving PM sitting offshore(no communication and project management skills) Operation guys are very much illiterate (gawar)- behaviour wise they are extremely unprofessional.

Pros

I just celebrated my 2.5 year anniversary - it has been a great experience. The benefits are excellent, especially the 401K. The people I work with are even better. I have also learned the latest marketing strategies, as well.

Cons

No major concerns at this time

Pros

I worked at this company and found that it has potential with new leadership.

Cons

I worked at this company and found the experience challenging due to the CEO's leadership style. Communication often felt dismissive and unprofessional, and employees were not always treated with the respect they deserved. Decisions appeared to be driven by personal preferences rather than clear business objectives, creating uncertainty and inconsistency throughout the organization. Employee feedback was frequently ignored, and there was a culture where questioning decisions could lead to negative consequences. Morale suffered because many team members felt undervalued and unsupported. Turnover was high, and retaining talented employees appeared to be an ongoing challenge. The company has potential, but meaningful improvements would require stronger leadership, better communication, greater accountability, and a genuine commitment to treating employees with professionalism and respect. I would encourage prospective employees to thoroughly research the company culture and leadership style before accepting a position.
