The executives are a mess and change with the seasons. There is no faith in upper management nor do they listen to their employees. Top to bottom, many employees are there for a paycheck - nothing more and nothing less. The band aid to every issue is jeans day to celebrate anything they can think of to boost moral. Total disengagement. Management seems to stunt the possibility of increasing patient care by degrading their employees or creating an environment of entitlement and enabling.
