Pros

Good family community, good pay

Cons

Too much stress, bad management, no help when needed, the whole CORE IQ is fake, no one takes ownership of their mistakes and responsibilities, and if someone does try to feel a little empoweredthey are brought down and an HR ticket is submitted! Too much favoritism, and gossip by management

Pros

I've been with the organization for roughly three years. During that time, I've experienced a change in Executive Leadership, a reorganization of different programs/departments, and changes in funding for some areas. The transparent communication of the new Exec. Leadership team has been a welcomed and long needed change. The flexibility that I'm given surrounding my work schedule has been a life changer and has made me more productive than I've ever been.

Cons

I can't immediately think of anything that is a CPLC only problem.

Pros

Benefits, pay. Great work life balance unless you are direct care in a 24 hour facility.

Cons

Upper leadership is slow to make changes. They act like they’re moving forward but they won’t change what they do. Executive team hires their friends for corporate positions, after laying off people they don’t like. They change the job title and pay them more than laid off people who were busting their butts. They run you on short deadlines to get things done then take months to look at them and get them approved. Current HR Directors are not trustable and retaliate when questioned, but not enough to get proof of it. Seems like the Las Vegas mentality. Be aware or you’ll be scapegoated and laid off so they can go in a “different direction”.
