Pros

There are significant discounts on their clothing. If you are a fan of the clothing, you can work minimal hours just to get the discounts.

Cons

Unless you are a store manager, you would have a hard time making a living as a sales associate or an assistant manager. Commisions are hard to achieve because of all the promotions and discounts the customers get. Sales associates are also given several tasks to do which takes away time from selling. The majority of the workers move on after a year or two. Currently, the company is moving towards making managers and assistant managers the only full-time employees, sales associates only part-time.

Pros

Fun at times with conversations amongst employees

Cons

The pettiness The bad mouthing of current employees or past employees, if the manager was talking about them I am sure she was talking about me Manager gave out her phone number to all employees to contact by text or calls, when I had to text her , her reply back was condescending and not to pleasant. I got an apology the next day. She knew she was wrong She got a bad review because she did not present herself in a positve way when helping a customer, she talked about the previous management I had an upcoming date that I needed off and she knew but she scheduled me for that day anyway I was told there was a review about me apologizing to much? That was a lie, I looked at all the reviews none about me but she had a negative one about her I only apologized to my customers if we did not have a product or we did not fit their expectations Yes I did apologize to some employees, I was in training and learning. Im sure it was the fellow coworkers that complained I do have problems with my right foot and at the moment my nice pair of nikes was providing more comfort to my feet, and was told I needed a drs note? But another employee who his younger was wearing very dirty tennis shoes, not a good look if they a noticably dirty Not good training, barely had any
