Room for growth , offer competitor pay and benefit package , close to home , may turn into permanent position. Temps are treated as regular emoymees and are included in company activities . Nice drama free work environment. Plan nice monthly activities for staff. New and updated systems

Cons

The only thing I can think of is that they are learning a whole new program . Gets confusing at times.
