Business Outlook
Pros
The benefits and time off are definitely perks. Lots of team and interdepartmental events. They try to hire from within. Always had positive interactions with CEO. They care about overall health of their staff (health initiatives).
Cons
No clear path for moving up. No opportunities to attend trainings within the field. Some staff that isn't passionate about the work they do, even supervisors/managers who seem miserable. Turnover in Case Management department can be high. Salaries were a little low and many in the department used role as stepping stone to higher paid positions with county, etc.
